Wrong size? Something arrived damaged? You have 30 days from delivery to tell us, and we'll put it right.

30-day size exchanges

If your tee doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size within 30 days of delivery.

We just need it back in the state it left us:

  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • Tags still attached.
  • In its original packaging where you still have it.

A tee that has been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery cannot be exchanged.

Damaged, faulty or the wrong item

If a tee arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or we sent the wrong size or design, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it.

For these claims an unboxing video is required: one continuous take that starts with the parcel still sealed, shows the shipping label, and carries on through to the tee. Start filming before you break the seal, and don't cut.

How to request an exchange

  1. Email mrbeast@amplybrands.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item, and the size you need (or photos and your unboxing video for a damage claim).
  2. We reply within 24 working hours and arrange a pickup from your address.
  3. Keep the tee with its tags on and the parcel ready for collection.
  4. Once it reaches us and passes a quick check, we send out your new size or replacement.

If the size or design you need has gone out of stock, we'll tell you and refund that item to your original payment method instead.

What we can't take back

  • Change-of-mind returns — we exchange for size, or replace damaged and wrong items.
  • Anything reported more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Tees that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
  • Tees sent back without their tags.
  • Anything bought from a seller we haven't authorised. This policy covers orders placed on mrbeaststore.in only.

Cancelling an order

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. If you need to cancel, email mrbeast@amplybrands.com with your order number as soon as you can and we'll stop it if it hasn't shipped.
