Accessibility statement

Everyone should be able to browse Beast Store, pick a tee and get through checkout without hitting a wall. That goes for you whether you are using a mouse, a keyboard on its own, a screen reader, voice control, or a phone screen zoomed all the way in.

What we are aiming for

We build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is our target, not a badge somebody has handed us. This store has not been through an independent accessibility audit, so we are not going to tell you it is fully compliant. What we can tell you is that AA is the standard we hold our own work to, and we keep chipping away at it.

What we work on as we build

  • Pages you can move through with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline so you always know where you are.
  • Headings and page structure in a sensible order, so a screen reader gets a real outline instead of a wall of text.
  • Text that stays readable when you zoom in or turn your font size up.
  • Colour contrast on text, buttons and form fields.
  • Labels and error messages on forms that still make sense when they are read out.
  • Alternative text on product photos that describes the design and the colour, rather than just saying image.
  • Size and care details written out as real text and proper tables, not flattened into a picture.

Where we know we are not there yet

Being straight with you beats a tidy-sounding claim. These are the areas we are actively working on:

  • Alternative text on some product images is thinner than it should be. Across the adult and kids ranges, a few still need a proper description.
  • Some of the interactive bits — image galleries, size and colour pickers, and anything that opens over the page — need clearer labelling and better keyboard behaviour.
  • Third-party tools we plug into the store, including payment and any embedded content, are not fully under our control. We test what we can and raise problems with the providers.
  • Where we use motion or animation anywhere on the site, it should step aside if your device or browser asks for reduced motion. We are still checking every place that applies.

This list will change as things get fixed. If something is missing from it, tell us and it goes on.

How we check

Our checks are our own and informal, not a certified process: moving through the main journeys with a keyboard alone, listening to key pages with a screen reader, looking at contrast on new designs, and viewing the store at small screen sizes and high zoom. No formal third-party audit has been carried out on this store. If that changes, we will say so on this page.

Found a barrier? Tell us

If any part of this store gets in your way, we genuinely want to hear about it — it is the fastest route to getting it fixed. Write to mrbeast@amplybrands.com.

It helps enormously if you can include:

  • The page you were on, and the web address if you have it to hand.
  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
  • Your device, your browser, and any assistive technology you use.

We aim to reply within 24 working hours. If a fix is going to take us a while, we will say so rather than leave you guessing.

If the site is blocking your order

Please do not battle it out on your own. Get in touch on mrbeast@amplybrands.com with the design, size and colour you are after, and we will do our best to help you get the order placed.

Keeping this page honest

We review this statement as the store changes, and we update it when we fix something or find something new. If you think it overstates where we are, that is worth an email too.
