Reseller policy
Beast Store tees are made to be worn, washed, worn again and generally lived in. Every order we pack is headed for a real person who wants to wear the thing — not for a middleman who wants to mark it up. So here's where we draw the line on resale, explained like a human rather than a lawyer.
The short version
- Everything on this site is sold for personal use.
- Buying in bulk to resell isn't allowed unless we've authorised it in writing.
- We may cancel orders that are clearly placed to resell.

Personal use, please
When you buy from us, you're buying for yourself, for your family, or as a gift. That's the whole idea. We're an official MrBeast store in India selling adult and kids tees, and we'd much rather they end up on people than stacked in a storeroom waiting for a price hike.
No reselling without our say-so
You can't buy our tees in order to resell them — online, offline, in a shop, on a marketplace, at a stall or through a group chat — unless we have given you written authorisation. Nothing personal. The official store kit comes with responsibilities about where and how it's sold, and unauthorised resale is how people end up with fakes, wrong sizes and no way to return anything.
The same goes for taking our tees apart and repackaging them: please don't remove the woven Beast label, relabel the garment, or present it as anything other than what it is.
How many can I buy?
Plenty for you and yours. There is no fixed cap — buy for yourself, your family and your mates without a second thought.
We're not counting your tees with a magnifying glass. We're simply looking for the obvious stuff: the same design in the same size, ordered again and again to the same address, in quantities nobody buys to wear.
When we cancel an order
If an order looks like it's on its way to resale, we may:
- cancel it in full, or cancel just the excess items, before dispatch;
- refund the cancelled items;
- decline future orders from the same account, address or payment details.
We'll always tell you when we do this, and if we've got it wrong, say so — we'd genuinely rather sort it out than lose a real customer over a maths error. Get in touch at mrbeast@amplybrands.com.
Bought a Beast Store tee from someone else?
If it came from a seller we haven't authorised, we can't vouch for what's in the parcel. Our 30-day size exchanges and our damaged-item cover only apply to orders placed with us here. Not sure whether a seller is legitimate? Ask us at mrbeast@amplybrands.com before you pay.
Genuine wholesale enquiries: yes, let's talk
Shops, schools, sports teams, offices, events — if you want a proper quantity of Beast Store tees, that's a conversation we're happy to have. Send the following to mrbeast@amplybrands.com:
- who you are and what you do;
- where the tees would be sold or handed out;
- roughly how many, and which designs;
- the size split you need — adult (S to XXL), kids (7-8Y to 15-16Y), or both;
- when you'd need them.
If we say yes, you'll get it from us in writing. Anything that isn't in writing from us isn't authorised, however enthusiastic the conversation was.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as the store grows. The version published here is the one that applies to your order.
